Vanilla-Honey Iced Coffee, it sounds good and tastes better. The name gives this recipe away, it is a Vanilla-Honey flavoured iced coffee, it’s dairy free and contains only natural ingredients.
Many of us drink coffee in the morning, the mid morning, the afternoon, maybe a little night-cap, and a lil’ something in between. Okay don’t get yourself too carried away with the caffeine. You might find yourself completing a 3000 piece jigsaw puzzle at 3 AM.
Let’s get down to business…
This delicious drink is contains only 5 ingredients, so you’re not going to spend 30 minutes prep time on drink you’ll smash back in 5 minutes before your morning walk.
I wouldn’t normally make this drink in winter because I like to drink hot coffee in the cold months, it is more of a summer’s morning wake up call.
Instant coffee works and will cut down the prep time if you don’t have espresso, or want to make the process more efficient. However depending on the instant coffee used it could compromise the flavour, I prefer to use espresso, but go ahead and explore new ideas.

- 1 tsp Honey
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 300 ml Almond milk
- 1 Espresso Serve
- Ice blocks
- Make up one serving of your favourite espresso coffee.
- Add in Honey and stir until dissolved.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract, stir.
- Fill with ice.
The recipe can be changed and ingredients swapped out to create the perfect drink for you. If you like it a little sweeter add some more honey. If you don’t like almond milk use water instead. There are endless possibilities out there.
TIP: Don’t have this before bed time, it might keep you awake!
