Tips To Look Less Tired In The Morning

Late nights, early mornings. Too much alcohol. Stressed about finals. So many factors affect our mind and our sleep. Hydrate

Water, water, water! Dehydration is one of the top contributors to looking and feeling tired. Not drinking enough water can give a dull sunken look to the skin as well as making your face look tired. Drinking two cups of water upon waking will give you the boost your body is seeking. Also, be sure to get anywhere between 8 – 12 cups of water per day keeping your body hydrated.

 

 

Take a cold shower

Depending on where you live, a cold shower might seem a bit daunting. It is going to take your breath away for a second or two. A cold shower is actually good for you in a number of different ways. Your alertness will increase and the tiredness feeling will start to fade away. It will speed up your heart rate and improve circulation. Your stress levels will decrease. The cold water also reduces inflammation and will reduce the puffiness around your eyes.

 

 

Splash your face with cold water

If you don’t feel like having a cold shower, try splashing your face will cold water. This is one of the easiest tricks to reduce puffiness and the look of being tired. Make sure the water is REALLY cold.
